  1. Empirical Study/Research Manuscripts: Research and studies specifically in the Fields of Leadership (or Followership). MGMT articles are not accepted.
  2. Practical Application Articles: Easy-to-read articles that connect existing leadership research to practical recommendations for leaders.
  3. Commentaries: These articles should address and engage with previously published research by extending, reinterpreting, or critically examining its findings.

NOTE: Reworked Dissertations and Masters Thesis papers are acceptable.
